MUST HAVES
-
Minimum 5+ years in commercial construction site management

Experience managing ground-up and interior build-out projects

Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

Proven experience working with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience with Procore or Sage (preferred)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Superintendent will lead all on-site construction activities, partnering closely with the Project Manager to plan and execute schedules, manage budgets, and drive project success from preconstruction through completion. This role oversees subcontractors, vendors, and daily field operations across high-end commercial projects.
Projects include high-end restaurants, retail, office, and hospitality/mixed-use developments, including both ground-up and renovation work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners

Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager

Ensure adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards

Review shop drawings, submittals, and material procurement
-
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and accessibility
-
Maintain strong communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
-
Enforce sequencing and workflow based on project schedules
-
Monitor productivity and provide direction to field teams
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
-
Detail-oriented with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset
