Annual Salary: Starting at $50,000 and may vary based on experience

Projected Earnings for the First Year: Up to $100,000

Position Overview

Do you want to make a significant impact in your career? We're looking for Field Sales Representatives to help drive revenue growth and play a vital role in our sales team. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to shape the future of an innovative company.

You'll be responsible for all aspects of field sales, from surpassing revenue goals to developing and expanding a customer-focused client base. When it comes to closing deals, you'll be our go-to person.

We're seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for the construction industry (bonus points for Division 10 familiarity), and a proactive, problem-solving mindset that transforms challenges into opportunities.

In this role, you'll report directly to the CEO.


What You'll Be Doing

Shape the Future: Contribute to the major decisions that drive our company forward as a member of our sales team.

Drive Revenue: Exceed our ambitious targets and play a key role in doubling our business by 2030.

Seal the Deal: Close individual sales and develop your own client base.

Represent: Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent our exceptional company. Expect 20% travel.

Strategize: Develop account plans that foster loyalty, prevent churn, and drive growth.


Who You Are

Experienced: You have a background of at least 5 years in construction materials sales, with extra credit for knowledge of Division 10 products.

People-Oriented: You are personable and prioritize customer service, adept at building relationships and encouraging teamwork.

Flexible: You are willing to travel for trade shows and important client meetings as required.

Driven: You consistently surpass goals, always striving for more.

Tech-Savvy: You have strong proficiency in CRM systems and a genuine interest in leveraging technology for sales success.

Trustworthy: You are committed to integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
