Salary : $85,000 - $125,000 + Quarterly Bonuses[ generously paid]

12 % 401 K and Free Telemedicine/ Concierge

JOB OVERVIEW:

This is a senior management role where you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, evaluating, and implementing production operations through a functional management team. Your primary focus will be the manufacturing of high-quality mining accessories, railroad, snowplow, System 2000 Boards, custom machining equipment, fabrication equipment, and drill steel products to ensure they meet customer specifications.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma Required; College/University Degree is a Plus

- Minimum Five (5) Years of Supervisory/Managerial Experience Required; or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience

- Preferred Experience in Forging/Stamping

- Experience with ISO 9001 is a Plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficient ability to understand instructions and principles of production operations

- Proficient organizational skills to develop and implement production schedules

- Proficient ability to implement quality and safety procedures during production operations

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient information gathering and monitoring skills

- Proficient mathematical ability to manage production budgets

- Fundamental computer skills with knowledge of management software

- "Team" mentality with the ability to organize and coordinate the work of others

- Near/far vision and upper limb coordination with light/medium lifting capability

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate plant production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards

- Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to cost-effectively use materials, labor, and equipment

- Develop production schedules to maintain sufficient inventory of raw materials and finished products

- Develop and coordinate production and quality/safety inspection reporting procedures

- Develop and coordinate machine/equipment maintenance schedules

- Hire and supervise training of employees in machine/equipment use and production procedures

- Submit required reporting to senior management

- Attend corporate training sessions to acquire innovative procedures

- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by senior management
