This UNIQUE opportunity is available in multiple major cities, with a preference for Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York, an Salt Lake City.
Additional cities where the attorney may be located INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Atlanta, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Park City,
Phoenix, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington D.C., Wilmington, and Fort Worth.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from a Top-Tier law school and a proven history of academic achievement.
- Active member of the state bar association in good standing.
- Seasoned Professional: Candidates should possess 3+ years of substantial experience in real estate finance, including large-scale commercial transactions and loan origination.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary, with a demonstrated ability to handle transactions for lenders.
- Ambitious Team Player: A strong desire to excel and contribute to the growth of the national practice, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Role Overview:
- Lead High-Impact Deals: The attorney will take charge of complex real estate finance transactions, including loan origination, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and asset management, from start to finish.
- Build Strong Relationships: This role involves cultivating and maintaining client connections and assuming significant responsibilities within a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
- Strategize for Success: The attorney will strategize for secondary market repurchase facilities and develop exit strategies with astute insights.
