Sales Engineer
Title: Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The role of a Technical Sales Representative is to establish strong relationships with customers and provide them with pre-sales technical support for any product or application inquiries. Working alongside Application Engineers, the Technical Sales Representative collaborates as a team to fulfill customers' specific needs. It is crucial for this position to possess the necessary technical expertise and application skills to identify potential opportunities for our product line.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales calls to our customer base, building relationships based on product knowledge and trust.
- Collaborate with application engineers to assist with the Demo process, ensuring effective problem-solving and showcasing the value of our products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong engineering background and a sales-oriented mindset for this position. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and possess the ability to identify applications suitable for the products offered. Experience with automation products such as PLC’s, Robotics, Sensors, Thermal Systems, Motion Control, AC Drives, Vision, and Bar Code is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5 plus-years in sales, coupled with a solid engineering background, is essential (no degree required, but a comprehensive understanding of our technical products is necessary). Industry-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also valued.

Compensation plan: Negotiable base salary of 80k-100k (no draw) plus uncapped commission and bonus. The total annual potential earnings can exceed 100k++ to 250k++++.
