Senior Packaging Sales Representative - Corrugated Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin/San Antonio) | Remote with Territory Travel | Full-Time, Direct Hire | $85,000 to $150,000/year plus commission

A corrugated packaging manufacturer is hiring a Senior Packaging Sales Representative based in Texas. The role focuses on retail-ready corrugated packaging, e-commerce shipping boxes, POP and shelf displays, custom printed corrugated solutions, industrial transit packaging, and contract packaging and fulfillment services. The territory covers major Texas metros, and the right candidate will be based in or near Houston, Dallas, or Austin/San Antonio.

Schedule: Full-time, remote-based with regular in-person client visits across the assigned territory Compensation: $85,000 to $150,000 base salary plus commission

What You'll Do

Generate new business and grow existing accounts across an assigned Texas territory. Sell custom corrugated packaging solutions including retail-ready packaging, CPG displays, e-commerce and shipping cartons, POP and shelf displays, custom printed corrugated, industrial transit packaging, and contract packaging and fulfillment services. Build and maintain a prospect list by analyzing the territory and identifying target accounts in retail, CPG, e-commerce, and industrial sectors.

Conduct in-person customer visits to evaluate packaging needs and present value-added solutions. Perform packaging audits and work directly with the internal Design Team to develop custom solutions on customer timelines. Determine product specifications, prepare quotes, and manage pricing decisions. Answer customer questions on credit terms, lead times, product specifications, and availability. Maintain accurate customer records and submit weekly and monthly activity reports.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Direct corrugated packaging sales experience (must have sold corrugated products)
• Current residence in or near Houston, Dallas, or Austin/San Antonio
• Strong client-facing communication and consultative selling skills
• Independent territory management with a hunter-driven mindset
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel regularly across the assigned Texas territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Established book of business or network within Texas retail, CPG, e-commerce, or industrial sectors
• Experience selling retail-ready packaging, POP displays, or custom printed corrugated
• Experience selling into Texas-based CPG brands, retailers, or 3PL/fulfillment operations
• Familiarity with contract packaging and co-packing services
