CNC Programmer
Grove City, OH (Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in Grove City, OH to hire a skilled CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience. This is a high-impact, onsite role supporting advanced 4- and 5-axis machining operations, focused on optimizing production, quality, and efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer using Mastercam (or similar CAD/CAM software)
• 3+ years of experience as a Setup Machinist
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, 3D CAD models, and GD&T
• Hands-on experience with 4- and 5-axis CNC machining (HMCs/VMCs)
• Strong knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and workholding methods
• Experience with G & M code; Fanuc controls strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and refine CNC programs for complex 4- and 5-axis machining centers
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer requirements to determine best machining strategies
• Select tooling, feeds/speeds, and fixturing to improve cycle times and part quality
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and leadership to ensure smooth production and setup
• Perform test runs, troubleshoot program issues, and adjust toolpaths or post-processors as needed
• Drive continuous improvement through program standardization and process optimization
• Maintain accurate program documentation, revisions, and file organization
• Support fixture design to enhance manufacturability and repeatability
