Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager

A growing electronics manufacturer with a strong presence in high-speed signaling and signal integrity is hiring a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer to support regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives. This role works directly with customers across the US to address signal integrity requirements and presents tailored solutions backed by product data, test reports, and simulations.

Schedule
Full-time. Some domestic travel expected to support customer engagements and trade events.

Compensation
$150,000 to $180,000 base, plus 25% bonus.

What You'll Do
This role engages with customers across the US to understand and address signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions that draw on product data, test reports, and simulations. The engineer collaborates closely with internal engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements. The role also includes contributing to research and development initiatives, helping identify emerging trends and contributing to industry standards work. Representing the company at trade events and industry symposiums is part of the position, along with developing technical documentation such as test reports and technical papers to support sales and marketing efforts. The engineer also provides training and technical support to sales teams on signal integrity concepts and coordinates with product partners to evaluate new technologies for customer offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries
• Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or an equivalent 3D FEM solver
• Experience with high-speed lab equipment
• Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts, with analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systems
• Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-speed signals up to 448 Gbps
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS
• Working knowledge of Python or C#

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $150,000 to $180,000
