Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist, Sign-On Bonus

Location: Gratiot, OH
Job Type: Full-time or part-time (31, 33, or 40 hours per week)
Pay: $39.50 to $53.00 per hour plus sign-on bonus

Must-Haves

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain
• At least one clinical rotation in a rehab setting, such as outpatient, acute rehab, SNF, acute medical, home health, or behavioral health

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group physical therapy for a wide range of diagnoses
• Cover all units, gaining cross-training across the full rehab continuum
• Use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality care
• Document efficiently in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with a supportive rehab team under a respected Rehab Manager

Nice-to-Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic or rehab experience
• Epic EMR experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $39.50 to $53.00 per hour based on experience
