Revenue Cycle and Financial Systems Manager, Epic

Location: Gratiot, OH
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Hybrid, onsite 50% of the time
Pay: $95,000 to $125,000 per year

Lead the revenue cycle and financial systems that keep a top-ranked hospital running, as a Revenue Cycle and Financial Systems Manager driving Epic and enterprise system projects.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of information systems experience, including 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, financial, and operational systems
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects, large and small
• Strong people management skills and technology leadership experience
• Process redesign and re-engineering experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project
• Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills

What You'll Do

• Manage revenue cycle and financial system projects across the full system life cycle, from requirements to go-live and support
• Supervise system teams supporting registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, and hospital and ambulatory billing
• Set team priorities, monitor performance, resolve issues, and develop staff
• Apply Epic experience to team tasks, system configuration, and deliverables
• Drive thorough testing and coordinated design and build to ensure smooth go-lives
• Identify and manage project risks, and escalate issues when needed
• Deliver weekly status reports to the Project Director and participate in steering meetings
• Partner with end users to define needs and lead process improvement initiatives
• Support the long-range IT strategic plan and maximize use of installed applications

Nice-to-Haves

• Epic revenue cycle application experience or certification
• Experience working on enterprise-wide integrated system implementations

Compensation and Benefits

• $95,000 to $125,000 base salary based on experience
• Hybrid schedule with 50% remote flexibility

• Reports to the Director of IT Applications with a supportive team
