Key Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day client service and operations

• Open and process new client accounts and maintain accurate records

• Prepare and process investment-related documentation and transactions

• Facilitate fund transfers, deposits, and disbursements

• Create client meeting presentations using PowerPoint

• Input and manage data in financial planning and investment software

• Maintain and manage CRM system (AdviserEngine)

• Process account applications via Schwab Advisor Center

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems in a financial environment

• Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center

• Experience using DocuSign
