One of the Philadelphia area’s leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. This is a GREAT opportunity with a stable, rapidly growing company. Company is looking to aggressively grow service department. This is a Non-Union Position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.

· Responsible for developing a budget and meeting revenue and gross margin targets.

· Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.

· Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.

· Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.

· Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.

· Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
