Job Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized occupational therapy plans for patients
• Collaborate with patients to enhance their mobility, coordination, and daily functioning
• Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary
• Supervise and work together with Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Ensure precise case management records and productivity reports
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives as required

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Wyoming
• Thorough understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
