Qualifications:
•We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association and approved by the State of Washington Occupational Therapy Examining Committee. Advanced degrees or additional training are highly valued.
•You must hold an active Washington state Occupational Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one.
•Previous experience in acute care is preferred, with outpatient care experience being an added advantage.
Hours and Compensation:
•This is a full-time position on the day shift, from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
•The salary range is between $51.93-$64.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
•We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Responsibilities:
•As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play an integral role in developing and delivering high-quality outpatient services for individuals across all age groups. Our focus is on addressing the unmet needs in pediatric services, particularly for those aged between birth and 3 years old, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and those with delayed developmental milestones. As part of your role, you will assess patients' self-reports, behaviors, and understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation processes.

•You will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation.
