Pay: $95,000 to $105,000 per year

Must-Haves

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• NBCOT certified Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Illinois Occupational Therapist license
• 1+ year of home health experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance
• Computer literate with strong documentation skills

What You'll Do

• Manage the full course of home health occupational therapy for an assigned patient caseload
• Complete patient assessments and help build individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and the home health care team
• Teach patients and families self-care techniques tailored to their needs and preferences
• Deliver clear patient and family education using verbal and written methods
• Submit timely documentation in line with agency policy
• Follow federal, state, and agency regulations, including incident reporting

• AOTA membership
• Ability to work independently with strong knowledge of therapy theory and practice

Compensation and Benefits

• $95,000 to $105,000 annual salary based on experience
