Retail Outpatient Pharmacist, Day Shift

Location: Centerburg, OH (northeast of Columbus)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, 9-hour shifts, about 1 weekend per month, rotating holidays
Pay: $48 to $68 per hour plus sign-on bonus

Deliver hands-on patient care as a Retail Outpatient Pharmacist with a respected hospital, enjoying small-town living with easy access to Columbus.

Must-Haves

• PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy
• Immunization certification, or willingness to certify within 90 days of hire
• Availability for day shifts, about one weekend per month, and rotating holidays

What You'll Do

• Provide retail and outpatient pharmacy services in line with state and federal law
• Administer immunizations and deliver clear patient consultations
• Support medication therapy management (MTM) and specialty medications
• Help patients transition home through the Meds to Beds program
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing
• Care for patients of all ages, from neonates and pediatrics to geriatrics
• Uphold professional practice standards and accreditation requirements

Nice-to-Haves

• 340B program experience
• Specialty pharmacy experience
