Physical Therapist (PT - Acute / Inpatient Rehab)

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our client's team in Henderson, NC. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with patients to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and restore physical function after injury or illness. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their independence and overall quality of life through individualized care and evidence-based therapy techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Apply a range of therapeutic techniques to enhance strength, mobility, and functional ability.

• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercise routines and recovery best practices.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

• Remain current with advancements in physical therapy methods, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina (required)

• Experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher (required)

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification through the American Heart Association (preferred)

• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification (preferred)
