Job Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of direct reports and coordinating manufacturing activities. This role requires a strong understanding of product functions, production methods, procedures, and equipment capabilities. The Manufacturing Manager will set objectives and ensure that they are met, including production volumes, quality, safety, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence.

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement operating methods and procedures that address operational challenges and enhance product quality
• Manage and support workforce planning to maintain appropriate staffing levels for optimal productivity and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with others to accomplish tasks and achieve shared goals, fostering mutual trust, respect, and enthusiasm. Able to handle conflict constructively.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by providing training and guidance on equipment usage and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Adhere to OSHA and company regulations to uphold quality standards for customers and the company
• Analyze production reports (such as OEE, downtime, and waste) to identify reasons for noncompliance with product specifications or operational issues
