The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Management Department through the completion of the following responsibilities:
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate project teams.
- Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Oversee international projects in collaboration with headquarters.
- Take charge of planning and executing projects from start to finish.
- Outline and communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Establish project tasks and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Provide guidance and support for the project team.
- Present project status and progress reports to Executive Management.
- Engage with customers to cultivate and expand business relationships.
- Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Proactively manage changes and potential issues, and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading automotive or similar projects.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to changes.
