Project Manager, Manufacturing and Installation Projects

Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Full-time
Travel: Up to 25%, including some international
Pay: $75,000 to $95,000 per year, plus bonus

Lead customer projects from bid to closeout, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven record delivering projects on time and within profitability targets
• Experience reviewing and modifying contract terms and conditions
• Advanced knowledge of project management software, preferably MS Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

What You'll Do

• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
• Lead bid management, including bid schedules, reviews, and approvals
• Perform contract review and negotiation with Account and Business Development Managers
• Manage contracts throughout each project
• Report schedule and budget status and variances to the PMO and executives
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and accounting activities
• Prepare formal project documentation with Engineering
• Visit customers for negotiations, kickoffs, status meetings, and closeouts
• Facilitate project team meetings
• Create and implement new project management processes

Nice-to-Haves

• PMP certification
• Business-level Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin
• Experience with engineered equipment or manufacturing projects

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 to $95,000 per year
• Bonus program
