- We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in operating lathes or mills for our second shift position. This is a full-time permanent role, working 10-hour days, 4 days a week. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of machining experience, including 1 year of set up experience. Knowledge of blueprints, GD&T and G&M codes is essential.
- The working hours for the second shift are from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday to Thursday.
- We offer competitive pay, up to $40 hourly.
- Candidates must be United States citizens or Green Card holders.
- This is an on-site position, remote work is not available.
- As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for full benefits.
- This position does not require relocation.
- The job location is in Big Bend, Wisconsin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Working second shift hours from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday through Thursday
- Operating automated CNC lathes with precision according to specifications
- Utilizing various measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Performing tool setup and adjustments
- Troubleshooting and resolving any machining issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Keeping detailed records as necessary
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating lathes or mills as a machinist
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
- Knowledge of GD&T and G&M codes
- Strict adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to effectively use various gauging and measuring instruments
- Consistent work history reflecting reliability and commitment
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute to Big Bend, WI
