What You Will Be Responsible For:

- **Ensure Project Success**: Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to evaluate contracts, monitor timelines, oversee budgets, and manage equipment/materials.

- **Foster Collaboration**: Coordinate and cooperate with subcontractors, suppliers, and work crews to overcome obstacles and uphold project progress.

- **Financial Management**: Accurately and efficiently handle billing, cash flow, and change orders.

- **Guarantee Compliance**: Supervise permits, daily reports, and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

- **Efficient Project Closure**: Finish projects exceptionally, proficiently undertaking any additional tasks required to deliver outstanding outcomes.

What We Expect From You:

- **Educational Requirement**: Possession of a B.S. in Civil Engineering (with a focus on Construction Engineering & Management preferred).

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years in civil construction, including hands-on involvement in heavy civil projects exceeding $30M (both in an office and field setting).

- **Proficiency**: Mastery of Excel, Word, and Primavera 6 scheduling software.

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written abilities to effectively connect with teams and stakeholders.
