Sr Construction Project Manager
Senior Construction Project Coordinator

$120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
Manage and supervise construction projects, identify new business opportunities, and provide overall direction. Projects include but are not limited to road and bridge construction, street widening, drainage systems installation or replacement, and excavation.
Responsibilities
• Supervise the construction project timeline.
• Play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to ensure profitability.
• Handle communication between Contractor and Sub-Contractor(s).
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules.
• Prepare and submit budget proposals.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations.
• Work with Superintendents to manage project changes and contingencies.
• Respond to RFIs and process contract change orders.
• Approve invoices, payroll hours, and manage billing.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Build and maintain business relationships.
• Provide direction to project engineers, field engineers, and coordinators.
Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
o At least 5 years of experience in project engineering for heavy civil projects.
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising project engineers.
o Proficiency in reading blueprints and specs for heavy civil projects.
o Ability to respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
o Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
