VP of Sales (Aerospace Services)

Position: Vice President of Sales (Aerospace Services)

Overview:

We are searching for an experienced Business Head to lead our aerospace services division. The ideal candidate should have a successful background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning within the aerospace industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the aerospace services sector.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing connections with key industry leaders.
  • Build and maintain a wide network of industry contacts to enhance strategic positioning and explore new business possibilities.
  • Guide our sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
  • Promote collaboration among various functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activity to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract new clients.
  • Analyze sales performance data to continuously improve strategies and provide valuable insights to executive management.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically within the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrate a track record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas and expanding business operations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the aerospace industry, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a history of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Employ a strategic mindset with excellent planning, execution, and goal achievement abilities.
  • Be willing to travel extensively to meet business demands and engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
