Senior Production Supervisor, Fabrication and Assembly
Location: Albuquerque, NM (Metro area)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Multi-shift operation, with occasional overtime and weekend coverage
Pay: $80,000 to $105,000 per year
Lead people and production at one of two key facilities for a major manufacturer of large, engineered products with years of demand ahead.
Must-Haves
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Weld/Fabrication Supervisor
- Progressive manufacturing leadership with growing responsibility
- Proven ability to drive results through people
- Comfort leading in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Availability for occasional overtime and weekend coverage
What You'll Do
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, welding, and industrial finishing production
- Own safety, quality, schedule, and productivity performance
- Lead from the floor, partnering with frontline leaders to solve problems and clear obstacles
- Keep large-scale production running safely and on schedule
- Coach and grow the leaders and team members around you
Nice-to-Haves
- Heavy manufacturing or similarly complex operations background
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, but proven leadership matters more)
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 to $105,000 per year
