Production Manager, Electromechanical Assembly

Location: Montello, WI (Oversees Montello and Wautoma sites)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday
Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus bonus program

Lead production and maintenance across two sites for a growing electromechanical contract manufacturer, with a direct line to the President and a voice in strategy.

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of manufacturing industry experience
• Operations or production leadership experience
• Lean manufacturing experience, including 5S
• Working knowledge of production scheduling systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

What You'll Do

• Direct production and maintenance across two facilities with about 100 employees
• Own production performance while meeting quality requirements cost-effectively
• Manage production schedules to keep teams on target
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce costs and errors
• Build teamwork and a strong, engaged workforce culture
• Influence strategic decisions as a key leader reporting to the President

Nice-to-Haves

• SYSPRO ERP experience
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience
• Experience in contract manufacturing or military and commercial assemblies

Compensation and Benefits

• $100,000 to $120,000 per year
• Bonus program, historically averaging 15%
• 401(k) with 50% match up to 6%
