Continuous Improvement Manager, Paper Mill and Converting

Location: Pryor, OK (Tulsa area)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000 to $130,000 per year

Lead Lean and Six Sigma improvement across a paper mill and converting plant at a growing packaging manufacturer, turning loss data into real cost savings.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Proven continuous improvement experience in paper manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and manufacturing operations
• Experience leading problem solving using DMAIC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to coach teams, build systems, and influence change across leadership

What You'll Do

• Coach and drive the use of Lean manufacturing tools across mill and converting operations
• Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods
• Conduct quarterly loss analyses and data drilldowns to find top opportunities
• Align site action plans with high-impact improvements
• Serve as the primary problem-solving lead using DMAIC
• Partner with cross-functional teams on sustainable process improvements
• Track and report performance metrics for improvement initiatives
• Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement

Nice-to-Haves

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Power BI or SAP experience
• Converting or corrugated packaging experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $105,000 to $130,000 per year
