Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Inpatient Oncology

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time inpatient oncology role within a highly supportive hospital environment. If you're passionate about cancer care and ready to provide critical inpatient support, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality care to inpatient oncology patients as part of a collaborative care team

• Perform patient rounds, assessments, and interventions

• Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with attending physicians

• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with families and care teams

What You’ll Need:

• Valid NP or PA license in Virginia

• Minimum of 1–2 years of oncology experience

• Inpatient hospital experience is a plus

• Exceptional communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $125K–$145K, based on experience
