Pharmacist in Charge

Tulsa, OK Area | $150,000 to $220,000 Per Year

The Pharmacist in Charge leads a compounding pharmacy operation (503A and 503B) for an independently owned healthcare group in the Tulsa metro area. This pharmacy is established and positioned for growth, and the Pharmacist in Charge will oversee day to day pharmacy operations while providing leadership, oversight, and mentoring for all pharmacy personnel. Extensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Schedule
Weekdays only. Pharmacy is located in a small town setting just south of Tulsa, with an easy commute from most areas of the Tulsa metro.

Compensation
$150,000 to $220,000 per year, based on experience.

What You'll Do
The Pharmacist in Charge leads all aspects of pharmacy operations for a 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy, including day to day workflow, staff oversight, and quality and compliance standards. This person mentors and supports pharmacy personnel, ensures compounding practices meet regulatory requirements, and works closely with ownership to support the pharmacy's continued growth. The role combines hands on pharmacy leadership with an entrepreneurial approach to building out an established, scaling operation.

Required Qualifications

• Pharm D degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma, in good standing
• DEA registration in good standing
• Strong leadership and staff mentoring skills
• Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with start-up or independently owned pharmacy operations
• Sterile and non-sterile compounding experience (USP 795, 797, 800)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in operational growth
