This is a physician led concierge medical group with a growing outpatient primary care practice in Owings Mills, MD. The practice offers a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod along with a multidisciplinary support team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.

Schedule
Full time, on site.

Compensation
$250,000 to $300,000 per year, based on experience.

What You'll Do

The Primary Care Physician provides high quality, relationship based primary care in an outpatient setting, stepping into a dedicated on site clinical pod with a full patient panel and support from a dedicated clinical and administrative team. This physician shares equal, manageable after hours phone call responsibility with colleagues, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches to deliver coordinated care.

This role ensures accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards, and fosters long term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license, or active license eligible for immediate credentialing
• Active DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one
• Compassionate, relationship driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a concierge or membership based primary care model
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams (nutrition, mental health, integrative medicine)
• Experience building long term patient panels with a focus on prevention and wellness

Compensation and Benefits
