The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Management Department through the completion of the following responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate project teams.
  • Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Maintain a high level of quality assurance.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee international projects in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Take charge of planning and executing projects from start to finish.
  • Outline and communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Establish project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide guidance and support for the project team.
  • Present project status and progress reports to Executive Management.
  • Engage with customers to cultivate and expand business relationships.
  • Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Proactively manage changes and potential issues, and develop contingency plans.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading automotive or similar projects.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to changes.
