We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our rapidly growing manufacturing firm located 20 miles north of downtown Minneapolis. This is a permanent position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assembling all necessary inspection documents for shipments, identifying and separating discrepant parts and notifying the Material Review Board, archiving inspection records in both electronic and hard copy formats, suggesting process improvements to enhance quality and productivity, operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspections, utilizing handheld gauges for certain part features, maintaining part and lot traceability information, managing a highly efficient Quality Department, promoting a positive work environment, and demonstrating excellent time management skills. Additional support may be required as directed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or GED
• - Proficiency in using a variety of hand measuring tools
• - Knowledge of basic shop math and ability to interpret technical documents

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Completion of a relevant 2-year technical degree program or equivalent experience
