Must-Haves:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida
- 6+ years of progressive roadway engineering experience, including work with FDOT and local municipalities
- Strong knowledge of FDOT specifications, permitting processes, and roadway design standards
- Experience with OpenRoads/3D Modeling and MicroStation
- Florida local
- Experience with Palm Beach, Broward, and/or Miami-Dade County transportation projects
Preferred:
- 10+ years of experience
- Traffic signal design experience
What You'll Do:
- Lead a project team of in-house technical staff and subconsultants
- Coordinate with local municipalities, utility companies, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare roadway and drainage design plans, permits, and construction documents
- Prepare scope and fee proposals, budgets, and schedules
