TAX MANAGER
Boca Raton, FL | $130,000 to $140,000 Per Year, Plus Bonus

A growing, multi-office public accounting firm in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Tax Manager for a role with a clear path to Tax Partner. This position focuses on tax and business consulting for small to medium size businesses, with supervisory responsibility over the firm’s tax staff.

Compensation
$130,000 to $140,000 per year, plus bonus.

What You’ll Do
The Tax Manager provides tax and business consulting services to a client base of small to medium size businesses, supervising, directing, and reviewing work across federal, state, local, and franchise tax. This role manages and mentors a team of 2 to 3 tax staff members, providing technical review and guidance on their work. The position is structured with a path toward Tax Partner for the right candidate.

Required Qualifications

• Public accounting experience

• Experience supervising and reviewing the work of tax staff

• Experience with federal, state, local, and franchise tax

• Tax and business consulting experience for small to medium size businesses

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license

• Auto dealer client experience

• Experience or interest in advancing to a partnership track role
