Job Description

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our warehouse team. Your main objectives will be to ensure employee safety, maintain product quality and timely delivery, develop employee skills, and continuously improve operational and cost performance to support our business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.

· Evaluate, audit, and report on warehouse productivity, employee performance, and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.

· Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of orders, bills, inventory, and shipments.

· Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.

· Manage kitting processes for Assembly and Mold Shop needs.

· Communicate and coordinate with other departments and carriers.

· Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

· Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to employees.

· Determine staffing levels and assign workload accordingly.

· Identify areas of improvement and implement or adjust work procedures and practices as needed.

· Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

· Order warehouse supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.

· Assist in managing and implementing cycle count program.

· Collaborate with the Quality Department on part dispositions and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred.

· Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar management position.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

· Focus on quality and efficiency in all tasks.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to delegate effectively.

· Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in warehouse software packages and MS Office.

· Strong problem-solving skills.
