Registered Nurse, Home Health Senior Care

Location: Casper, WY (Field-based, home visits)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36 to $45 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement

Must-Haves

• Current Wyoming RN license (or multistate compact license)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes
• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, and monitor responses
• Educate patients and families on disease management and wellness
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Keep accurate, detailed patient records

Nice-to-Haves

• Home health or home care experience
• Geriatric or senior care experience
• OASIS documentation experience
