Branch Manager, NETA Electrical Testing and Maintenance

Location: Nashville, TN area (up to 50% travel, relocation available)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Flexible hours, including some weekends and emergency response
Pay: $125,000 to $160,000 per year, plus up to 15% bonus

Run your own NETA electrical testing and maintenance branch, with full P&L ownership and a company vehicle.

Must-Haves

• NETA Level III or IV certification
• Hands-on background as an electrical testing field tech
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch leadership
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Available for flexible hours, weekends, emergencies and up to 50% travel

What You’ll Do

• Own the branch P&L, including revenue, margin, labor use and job costing
• Schedule and develop a team of NETA field techs
• Coordinate large jobs with sister branches
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels

Nice-to-Haves

• NETA Level IV certification
• Branch manager or operations manager experience at a NETA testing firm
• Established customer relationships in the Nashville market
