Geotechnical Superintendent, Deep Foundations
Atlanta, GA | Full-time | $120,000 to $150,000 a year plus bonus

We're hiring a Geotechnical Superintendent to lead drilled shaft and deep foundation crews on heavy civil projects in the Atlanta area.

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of geotechnical construction experience
• Drilled shafts, auger cast piles, micropiles, tiebacks, soldier piles, soil or rock nails
• Working knowledge of drill rigs, grout plants, and shotcrete pumps
• Field leadership of crews, cost, and schedule
• Willing to travel; Atlanta area or open to relocating

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day geotechnical and deep foundation field operations
• Lead self-perform drilled shaft and earth retention crews
• Plan means and methods and update project schedules
• Manage labor costs, equipment, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Keep safety first and maintain QC documentation

Nice-to-Haves

• Drill shaft superintendent experience
• Wick drain experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 to $150,000 base plus bonus potential
