We're hiring a Production Supervisor for our bakery to lead a team of 15 to 25 food manufacturing employees on 1st shift.

Must-Haves

• Food manufacturing production supervisor experience
• Food safety and GMP knowledge
• Experience managing performance and holding teams accountable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily bakery production and shift staffing
• Train and coach production employees
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Track production performance and address downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Bakery or frozen food manufacturing experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $76,000 to $93,000 base plus 5% bonus opportunity
