We're hiring a Hospice Admissions RN to complete new patient admissions and assessments across the Kansas City metro.
Must-Haves
- Missouri RN license
- 2+ years of RN experience
- 1+ year of hospice nursing
- CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance
What You'll Do
- Complete hospice admissions and comprehensive assessments
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate with the hospice care team
- Document admissions accurately
