We're hiring a hands-on Senior Process Engineer with plastics extrusion or injection molding experience for our packaging plant.
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of process engineering in manufacturing preferred
- Plastics extrusion or injection molding experience
- Equipment troubleshooting on the production floor
- Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
What You'll Do
- Support plastics production equipment and processes
- Improve cycle times, OEE, and material yield
- Reduce scrap and process variability
- Support tooling changes and new product launches
- Write process documentation and train staff
Nice-to-Haves
- Thermoforming
- SPC, DOE, or FMEA
- Engineering degree
