We're hiring a Federal Sales Account Manager to sell video streaming and encoding solutions into defense and federal markets.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of federal or defense technical sales
- Relationships with federal agencies, defense primes, or integrators
- Government contracting and complex sales cycles
- Pipeline building and closing record
- Able to travel 30 to 40%
What You'll Do
- Sell video encoders and IP video distribution to federal customers
- Target ISR, military vehicle, and airborne programs
- Lead customer demos and product evaluations
- Manage federal sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Attend defense trade shows and conferences

- Video encoding or streaming technology experience
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 to $140,000 base salary
- Variable comp of 25 to 35% of base; about $200,000 OTE
- Fully remote
