Structural Project Engineer, Performance-Based Seismic
Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Lead tall building and seismic retrofit projects using performance-based design, from concept through construction, at a respected Pacific Northwest firm.

Must-Haves

• MS in Civil or Structural Engineering
• SE license
• 6+ years of structural design
• Performance-based design of tall buildings or seismic upgrades
• Familiarity with LATB and ASCE 41
• Experience navigating peer review for non-prescriptive designs

What You'll Do

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction
• Develop and coordinate designs across materials and systems
• Produce and review calcs and construction documents
• Coordinate with architects on office, residential, and healthcare projects
• Delegate to and mentor the in-house design team
