Business Systems Analyst, JD Edwards E1 Financials

Location: Doylestown, PA (On-site at corporate HQ)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 per year
Relocation: Assistance available within the U.S.

Be the JD Edwards finance expert for a global precision engineering leader, partnering directly with the business to improve financial processes and systems.

Must-Haves

• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards
• Strong hands-on JD Edwards knowledge in accounting or finance modules
• Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools
• Understanding of GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Proven project management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship)

What You’ll Do

• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design JD Edwards solutions
• Document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and build process maps
• Improve financial processes, system use, and data integrity
• Work with the ERP development team on configurations and enhancements
• Lead JDE projects from requirements through implementation
• Train and support users and drive adoption of new functionality
• Maintain documentation and data quality standards
• Support security, compliance, and change management
• Serve as the finance JDE subject matter expert across global teams

• Experience with other JD Edwards modules
• Global manufacturing environment experience
• KPI development and process measurement experience
