Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have:

Current NYS NP license/registration, with certification in a specialty area consistent with our practice.

NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.

Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Preferred: Previous experience of 3-5 years as an NP in primary care outpatient settings.
