We're hiring a Hospice Area Sales Manager to lead community liaisons and drive hospice census growth across Memphis and Eastern Arkansas.
Must-Haves
- Hospice sales leadership experience
- 4+ years of healthcare sales or community liaison work in hospice or home health
- 2+ years of sales management
- Track record growing hospice patient census
- Knowledge of hospice regulations
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
What You'll Do
- Manage hospice community liaisons in the field
- Build referral sources and grow census in target accounts
- Coach sales staff and hold the team accountable to metrics
- Monitor competition and referral opportunities in the market
- Support hiring and onboarding of new liaisons
