HVAC Service Sales Representative, Commercial Service Agreements
Fairfield, NJ (Field, Central and Northern NJ territory)

Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities, with uncapped commission and residual income.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience preferred
• Or building systems sales experience: security, fire protection, low voltage, or electrical
• Comfortable selling to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, property management, and retail facilities
• Able to cover Central and Northern NJ (north of I-195)

What You'll Do

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to commercial facilities
• Build and grow your territory across Central and Northern NJ
• Develop relationships with facility and property decision makers
• Grow recurring revenue that builds residual income

Nice-to-Haves

• Building automation or HVAC controls knowledge
• LEED or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credentials
