Skilled Electrician - Building Management Systems

Join our client's rapidly expanding team as a skilled Electrician specializing in Building Management Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities:

• Bend and mount rigid conduit.
• Implement wire and cable setups.
• Analyze electrical blueprints, diagrams, and drawings to optimize system installation.
• Perform installations and terminations of structured cabling (Cat5, Cat6) and fiber optics.
• Install and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
• Terminate phone and data cabling (Cat5 and Cat6).
• Construct MDF and IDF closets, and terminate copper and fiber.
• Manage network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and WAPs.
• Work safely at various heights using platforms, scaffolds, ladders, or man lifts.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in the electrical field.
• Strong emphasis on safety with exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
• Prior worksite experience in Mission Critical environments, including Data Centers.
• Familiarity with TIA and BICSI Standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
