Occupational Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $93,600 to $114,400 per year, plus signing bonus

Help patients regain independence and confidence in daily life through personalized occupational therapy.

Must-Haves

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

What You'll Do

• Assess patients and build individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver therapy that improves activities of daily living and functional independence
• Document progress and therapy sessions accurately and on time
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families on care plans
• Teach patients and caregivers adaptive techniques and assistive device use
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Nice-to-Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation or acute care experience
• Experience with rehab documentation systems
