Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Autism Clinic

Location: Mission / Lenexa, KS (Kansas City Metro)
Job Type: Full-time or part-time
Schedule: You set your hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. No weekends.
Pay: $50 to $70 per hour ($80,000 to $130,000+ per year)

Step into a full pediatric caseload on day one as a speech-language pathologist, with no caseload to build from scratch and full control of your schedule.

Must-Haves

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). SLPAs are also welcome.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Interest in pediatric speech therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 speech-language therapy to children ages 3 to 6, mainly with autism
• Run 30 to 60 minute therapy sessions and 90 minute evaluations
• Work in an ABA-based outpatient clinic with a multidisciplinary team
• Choose how many sessions you see each day based on your schedule and income goals
• Document in OpenEMR with streamlined, low-burden systems

Nice-to-Haves

• Pediatric SLP experience
• Autism or ABA setting experience
• OpenEMR experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $50 to $70 per hour, about $80,000 to $130,000+ per year depending on caseload
