The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for performing advanced engineering tasks and mentoring the design team throughout all stages of project development. This individual will oversee significant engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. In addition, they will develop action plans, estimate resource requirements, prepare progress reports, and analyze component failures. Proficiency in using CAE tools and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in industry groups.
- Perform advanced engineering tasks under limited supervision.
- Oversee all aspects of significant engineering projects.
- Develop action plans and estimate resource requirements.
- Prepare progress reports for top management.
- Utilize CAE tools for engineering analysis.
- Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures.
- Analyze and identify causes of component failures.
- Provide technical solutions for manufacturing or customer field issues.
- Lead design group during product development brainstorming.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports.
- Complete engineering projects according to specifications and schedules.
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Resolve issues through root cause analysis.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and MRP systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
